Discover What’s Happening at The Carmel Foundation

At The Carmel Foundation, our classes and activities reflect the wide range of interests and talents of our vibrant community.

  • Certified instructors — many from Monterey Peninsula College and Carmel Adult Education — offer instruction in personal fitness, literature, art, music appreciation, and more.

  • Volunteers lead a variety of enjoyable activities such as bridge, men’s discussion group, wood carving, needlecraft, photography, and many others. With more than 50 activities every week, members are sure to find something they love.

  • Our popular Tour Program invites members to experience exciting destinations, including museums, concerts, Broadway shows, bay cruises, gardens, sporting events, and shopping trips.

  • Special events throughout the year bring our community together, including Philanthropic Foodies, volunteer celebrations, our annual meeting, and festive holiday dinners.

  • Our lecture and entertainment programs feature a variety of slide presentations, talks, and musical performances.

To participate, you must be a current Carmel Foundation member.
